Shoes quality is good. I like it very much.
Problem I face is that I order black color for same design and order was confirmed and then they generated a tracking number as well but I was checking tracking daily but I found out that there is no progress shoes are still in warehouse and then I contact the team they said we are out of stock of 44 size and then I said deliver me brown color. Then the team generated a new tracking number and I got delivery almost in 10 days and I keep calling postex that when they deliver my shoes always they said in 24 hours. I call them on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday and then I contacted with shoetag team they investigate the situation and finally I got my order and when I get my parcel the box was totally broken and there is no safety around the shoes. In simple words shoes quality does not match with shoes box and branding.
I'm not all saying this in criticise you. I'm just advising that overall shoes is owsm but all remaining services you are providing are not up to the market.
