REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving the returned item.
- If the customer wishes to return the shoes for any reason other than quality, 10% of the total amount paid will be deducted as a purchasing fee.
- To be eligible for a refund, the shoes must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- If the shoes are returned due to a quality issue, the customer will not be charged a restocking fee.
- Refunds are not available for any shoes that have been customized or altered in any way.

WARRANTY POLICY
- We offer a 1-year leather warranty on our shoes from the date of purchase.
- If you experience any issues with the leather, such as cracking or peeling, we will repair or replace the shoes at no additional cost to you.
- Water damage is not covered under our warranty policy. If the shoes are damaged due to exposure to water, the warranty will not apply.
- If your shoes are damaged for any reason other than water damage, we will repair them within 7-10 days of receiving them.
- To claim a warranty repair or replacement, please contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the shoes to us for repair or replacement.
- Our warranty does not cover shoes that have been customized or altered in any way.
- Our warranty only applies to shoes that have been purchased directly from us.

RETURN POLICY
- Shoes can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the shoes must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Shoes can be exchanged for a different size or color, or for a different style of equal or greater value.
- If the shoes being exchanged are of greater value than the replacement shoes, the customer is responsible for paying the difference in price.
- Shoes that have been customized or altered in any way are not eligible for exchange.
